“Rob has recently completed a 3 townhouse development for us in Black Rock. From our first meeting we felt confident we were going to have a good experience. The project ran smoothly, the site was always tidy, all the trades were polite and friendly when we visited (which was often) and the quality of the workmanship was great. Rob was always happy to show us around, explain what was going on and discuss options when necessary. We were grateful for all the extra jobs he took on and additional contractors he sourced despite them not being part of his contract, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was of a high standard. We have been living there for 4 months now and absolutely love it, even the neighbours have mentioned how good Rob was to deal with and the minimal disruption the project caused. If I am in a position to do another development in the future, Rob would be my first choice to build it.”
