Who We Are

Rob is a Builder who loves building.

He often jokes that if he won tattslotto he would just keep doing what he’s doing, albeit with a few more holidays! Rob has been building in Melbourne since 1997, particularly in the Eastern, Bayside and Mornington Peninsula regions. Most of his work has been new builds, with extensive experience with dual occupancies.

Why does he love what he does? Rob has a strong eye for detail and a fastidious approach to all aspects of his builds, from the level of the skirting boards to the size of the eaves. His involvement in every aspect of the build gives him great satisfaction and pride in his work. It also leads to fulfilling and engaging relationships with his clients. He counts many of his former clients now as friends, and gets much of his work through word of mouth.

When you build with Robert Petty Builders, you build with Rob. You will speak with Rob regularly. He will return your calls and your emails. He will guide you through each process and make sure you are comfortable with each stage. He will also tell you if he thinks you can do something better – in terms of both quality and price.
